The apartment is in the final part of Corso del Popolo, near the Old Town, a few minutes away from the main squares such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza XXVII Ottobre, where you can find the famous bar “Acqua Alta”, very popular for the happy hours. At the end of Corso del Popolo, you can find the Scientific Campus of Ca’ Foscary University, the new Shopping Centre Interspar, night pubs and bars. The bus stop to reach Venice is in front of the building, and on the opposite side of the road you can also catch the bus to go to the main squares. The new APP 139 is part of a complex of apartments and consists of: a large shared kitchen equipped with everything, 5 spacious single rooms, one of which is a double, all very bright. You will also find a beautiful kitchen as a common area, where you can spend time with friends and roommates, study, or simply relax in good company. The area is very convenient for public transportation: the bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
