The apartment is located in VIA COTTOLENGO 6 in the heart of Porta Palazzo , A DEFINITELY MULTI ETHNIC AREA ( if you do have prejudices this is NOT the place for you !) MONTHLY COSTS : EURO 380 + GAS CONTRIBUTION EURO 50 FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL RENT : €260 EXPENSES : € 120 ( water , condo fees , WiFi, insurance, electricity - UP TO , mentioned as OTHER COST ) GAS : there is a charge for the heat for the winter starting from October to April € 50 monthly - compensation against bi-monthly bills. In case the gas contribution exceed , the extra cost will be shared by ALL tenants and paid on the following month . ELECTRICITY : the electricity is included UP TO € 90 monthly .in case the bill exceeds this cost the extra is shared equally from the tenants ( no matter the real.personal use is ) If there are UTILITIES EXTRAS the cost must be paid on the following month . DEPOSIT : € 800 to be sent through HousingAnywhere after booking . Deposit is given back once the contract is over : room & common area is checked if there are damages . € 100 is retained waiting the gas bills coming within 60 days and check in case there is need for compensation .
