THE COLIVING HOUSE: The property features 4 double rooms, all exterior and full of natural light, perfect for those seeking a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. Each room is set up for individual use, ensuring your privacy. The apartment also includes 2 full bathrooms, ideal for sharing among co-livers. The spacious living-dining room, fully exterior, is the perfect place to relax or socialize, and is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, combi fridge, blender, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The apartment also has an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a space to dry clothes, a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, making sure you have everything you need for your daily routine. All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay. 📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY ➡ If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
