L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori. Per il II semestre il periodo MINIMO di locazione è dal 1° Marzo al 31 Luglio; se disponibile è possibile aggiungere gennaio e febbraio oltre che agosto - Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile. E' la seconda stanza più grande dell'appartamento ed è dotata di un letto ad una piazza e mezza, armadio a 3 ante, scrivania XL con portaoggetti, ampia libreria, specchio, scarpiera e divano a 2 posti. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
