LOCATION: - Situated in the historical center of Rome, at walking distance from all amenities and points of interest. - Close proximity to bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport. 4. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: - You rent a large room in an apartment with 2 other bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen; you will have access to the kitchen (shared) and 1 toilet (shared with 1 room only); 1 room only has private toilet - The layout, furniture, and decor may vary from what's 5. RULES: - Guests are required to be silent when entering and leaving the apartment. - The tenant will be responsible for any damages or harassment noises during the stay and must providehis/her ID card details at the time of booking. - In the event of harassment noises leading to complaints or intervention by local authorities, €200 will be withheld from the deposit. - smoking is not permitted. BOOKING PROCESS: - Introduction required at the time of booking, including purpose of visit to Rome, occupation, and source of funds if a student, or savings - First month's rental payment made via HA (HousingAnywhere). Subsequent payments directly to the landlord. - A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in. 7. PRICING: - The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100, depending on the season and lenght of the sta; - Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of 60. - Other costs include a building fee of €100 per month (fee for the administrator of the building). - At the booking time, the customer will pay the utilities through H.A; subseqyent payments will be done directly to the landlord. 8. DEPOSIT: - €1000 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture. - Fully refunded after check-out and inspection. 9.
