The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Residence with direct access to the green area. he area is completely fenced and there is a Concierge staff and night security service. Each room is delivered including: sheets, bed, wardrobes, desk, TV socket, bookcase, air conditioning. Next to Via Pellizzo and Via Turazza, it allows you to reach the various university faculties, the Portello, the Hospital and the city center in a few minutes on foot. The neighborhood is served by public transport lines and is easily accessible from the central station (2.4 Km). A short distance away there are numerous activities and services (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Sports Center, Supermarkets, Shopping Center, Bars / Pubs and restaurants) and it is possible to spend free time outdoors thanks to the city parks / green areas and cycle / pedestrian itinerary of the Piovego river. A fixed initial contribution of 150 euros is required for entry into the apartment, which includes registration of the contract (taxes and stamps) end 200 euros for room sanitization. Lappartamento situato al piano terra del Residence con accesso diretto allarea verde. Larea interamente recintata ed presente il personale di Portineria e servizio di sicurezza notturno. Ogni stanza viene consegnata comprensiva di: letto, armadi, scrivania, presa TV, libreria, climatizzatore. Ubicato tra Via Pellizzo e Via Turazza consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi le varie facolt Universitarie, il Portello, LAzienda Ospedaliera ed il Centro cittadino. Il quartiere servito dalle linee del trasporto pubblico ed facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale (2,4 Km). A breve distanza sorgono numerose attivit e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e ristoranti) ed possibile trascorrere il tempo libero allaria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi ed allitinerario ciclo/pedonale del fiume Piovego. E' richiesto un contributo iniziale fisso di 150 euro per lingresso in appartamento, che include stesura e registrazione del contratto (imposte e bolli), e di 200 per la sanificazione della stanza.
