L'appartamento e' al settimo piano di un edificio signorile inserito in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo ed elegante. E' un appartamento molto grande che gode di una doppia esposizione, trovandosi ad un piano alto e' molto luminoso e silenzioso, la cucina comune, dotata di un grande balcone, affaccia sul parco ed e' ottimamente esposta per bersi un aperitivo al tramonto con vista sullo skyline di Milano a perdita d'occhio perch davanti abbiamo un parco. Ci troviamo in pieno Quartiere Ebraico, una bella zona verde, curata nei dettagli e rassicurante a tutte le ore, ogni servizio e' raggiungibile a piedi, due supermercati distanti poche centinaia di metri offrono servizio h24. Il palazzo e' molto ordinato e ben abitato, offre un servizio di portineria tutti i giorni. Dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana rossa, fermata Bande nere, inoltre sotto casa si fermano due autobus che portano direttamente in cento. L'appartamento da condividere con altri 5 inquilini, sia lavoratori che studenti.
