The flat is located in the heart of the southern Milan university area: * IED (Pompeo Leoni) 15 minutes by bus; * IULM 16 minutes by bus; * BOCCONI 15 minutes by bus; * NABA 18 minutes by bus; * Cattolica 35 minutes by metro and bus. The area counts with several supermarkets, shops and services for any need. You can find the Esselunga supermarket at only 3 minutes far. Strategic location that allows you to enjoy the many activities that Milan has to offer. You can easily explore the city by walk or thanks to a great public transport network: - Tram number 15, Duomo (8 stops); - Tram number 3, Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio Colonne di San Lorenzo (4 stops); - Metro Green Line Abbiategrasso (tram 15 for 3 stops). Contracts can’t end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June. Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
