Large single private room with a double bed, a desk with chair and a big wardrobe in a nice and warm apartment fully furnished. In the apartment there is a big kitchen with table and chairs where to have meals and a balcony (hoven, microwave, fridge and freezer, fully furnished), a big bathroom with 2 lavatory, shower, small bath and washing machine. Cost of conodminium and garbage taxes included. Consumes excluded as specified: WIFI unlimited, water, electricity, heating and gas for cooking. For long term rent (more than 1 year), 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro. The area is very close to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. Close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club. Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc. For final cleaning of the room 100 euro are always requested. 50 euro are requested at your arrival for sheets and towels for the hole period. Cost of registration of the contract are 100 euro requested at the check-in if you need. For 5 months rent or less, the monthly rent is 750 euro. For more than 5 months the monthly rent is 700 euro all included. Quite apartment and condominium. Only for quite and serious girls. No party girls thanks and no smokers. NOTE BELOW I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me. So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking.
