The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, and much more! In this area there is the bus stop, the supermarket, close to university faculties, which makes it a very convenient location for students. OUR CONDITIONS: 1. If you are workers rent payment will be scheduled quarterly 2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke.
