BOOKING CONDITIONS Minimum stay: 1 month Maximum stay: 12 months (renewable) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one month for stays between 1 and 3 months and 2 months for stays between 4 to 12 months. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. For reservations cancelled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days' notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. Suppose the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice.
