BOOKING CONDITIONS Minimum stay: 1 month Maximum stay: 12 months (renewable) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one month for stays between 1 and 3 months and 2 months for stays between 4 to 12 months. Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days' notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld.
