The unit is equipped with a washing machine and a multi-function oven/microwave, and has everything needed for cooking, including an induction cooktop. The unit is available only for rental periods longer than one month. For this reason, and in accordance with French regulations, a lease contract must be signed. The tenant will register the electricity service in its own name and will receive the electricity bills directly.
