ITA Choco è un appartamento completamente rimesso a nuovo nel luglio 2020, al terzo piano (senza ascensore) di una palazzina degli anni '70 (9 unità). E' costituito da ingresso, soggiorno/cucina con tv satellitare e divano letto (140x200), camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (160x200), bagno completo con lavatrice, poggiolo. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo. La zona è tranquilla e verde ma anche comoda ai negozi. La fermata del tram per il centro città è a soli 50 metri. Lo spazio La zona giorno è costituita da un soggiorno/cucina con divano letto, tv-sat con più di 4000 canali, una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Chi dorme sul divano letto in soggiorno avrà a disposizione degli stipetti per riporre i propri abiti e un attaccapanni dietro la porta. Dal soggiorno si accede al terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), al riparo dal sole e dalla pioggia, grazie a delle tende a manovella. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale (160x200) e un armadio a 2 ante, dove troverete coperte e cuscini e federe di riserva. Ne troverete anche nella chaise-longue contenitore del divano in soggiorno. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, bidet e lavatrice. Troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa). Nell'armadio troverete inoltre scope, aspirapolvere, ferro, asse da stiro e stendibiancheria. Nel corridoio abbiamo installato una scarpiera a parete. L'ingresso è l'unica zona condivisa con l'altro appartamento, completamente indipendente; qui troverete volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona. Abbiamo cercato di dotare Choco del massimo comfort climatico: l'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, con termostato ambiente per regolare la temperatura e due condizionatori (uno in camera, uno in soggiorno/cucina), completamente regolabili con temperature indipendenti dall'altro. Those who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room will have access to store their clothes and a hangers behind the door. From the living room you can access the terrace, where you can lay your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), away from the sun and rain, thanks to handles. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe with 2 doors, where you will find blankets and pillows and reserve pillowcases. You'll also find them in the chaise-longue sofa container in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping). In the closet you will also find brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothesline. We installed a wall-mounted shoe rack in the hallway. The entrance is the only area shared with the other apartment, completely independent; here you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on restaurants in the area. We tried to equip Choco with the maximum climate comfort: the apartment is equipped with independent heating, with room thermostat to adjust the temperature and two air conditioners (one in the room, one in the living room/kitchen), completely adjustable with independent temperatures from the other.
