This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€100 for apartments and studios). Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee. Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in. Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in. ⚠️🚨 ATTENTION, READ CAREFULLY! 🚨⚠️ 1 The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the listing is different from the "tenant protection fee" asked by HousingAnywhere. 2 The DEPOSIT is mandatory and must be paid at check-in IN CASH 💰. 3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH.
