From here you enjoy the full student atmosphere while still having an easy commute. Murcia can also be extremely hot in summer and humid-cold in winter, so having air conditioning and heating in every room makes a big difference. 👋 ABOUT US (YOUR LANDLORDS) My husband and I own and manage several student flats in Murcia city centre, renting rooms individually to university students. We manage the apartments carefully and make sure everything runs smoothly for our tenants. ✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS Deposit: 1 month (refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages) The room is considered reserved once the deposit is received Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July & August: 1 month Administration fee: €350 (one-time payment) This fee covers the work of a legal office that prepares the official rental contract and manages the administrative process, ensuring everything is clear, legal and professionally handled from the beginning.
