Arrival notice: Please let us know at least 2 days in advance before check-in. Security deposit: Between 1 and 2 months’ rent, depending on the length of your stay and your guest profile – this is decided at the owner's discretion. Condo fees and utilities are included in your rent. Electricity is covered up to €50/month – if you use more, we’ll simply deduct the extra from your deposit. Cancellation notice: We kindly require a 30-day notice for early termination of the rental. Final cleaning & sanitization fee: €200. Need cleaning during your stay? It’s available upon request for an additional fee. Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM – you'll be welcomed in person! You’ll find a handy digital house manual via QR code. Check-out: Please plan to leave by 11:00 AM. Easy check-out instructions are also available via QR code. Quiet hours: Please respect condominium quiet time between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out? No problem – we’ve got you covered. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets. We kindly ask that you don’t host events or parties. To keep the space fresh and pleasant for everyone, smoking is not allowed – this includes traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.
