Then from the living room, you go up to the attic on the upper floor where there is a single attic room with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are fairly spacious and fully furnished, with bedside tables, desks (not seen in the photos but added and changed with new furnishings). Each room has its own private bathroom. All comfort is there to make you feel home :) This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, in Via Senese, 10 min from Piazza Pitti, 15 min from Ponte Vecchio, at the entrance to the historic center of Florence. Poi dal soggiorno si sale nella mansarda al piano superiore dove c'è una camera singola mansardata con il proprio bagno in camera . Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato . SPESE NON incluse: acqua luce e gas , da volturare all'entrata , a consumo. Condominio 45 euro al mese L'inquilino paga direttamente la propria bolletta. AFFITTO MINIMO 11 mesi.
