The up to 25m2 large modern studios are equipped with a kitchenette, two separate bed with a bed width of 0.90m and a flat screen TV. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, 2 hobs, microwave and extractor hood: everything is there! So that you can serve yourself something delicious at any time, dishes, glasses, bowls, pots and cooking utensils are included. There is also a table with seating. The rooms are cleaned every week by our staff. Laundry Room: Washing machine (fee required), Dryer (fee required) ---- *Uncomplicated CheckIn on the day of arrival*. 1 week before arrival you will receive an email with further information for the day of arrival as well as instructions for using the app and the checkin kiosk. 1) Do you already use the free app "Hotelbird" for PreCheckIn and room card? With the app, you can check in on the day of arrival while on the move. Enter the booking number and last name of the booking and follow the instructions in the app. Through the app, you use your phone as a key and can no longer lose it. For the use of the app you need to activate the Bluetooth function!! 2) You want to check in on site first? Our checkin-kiosk is also available around the clock. Have your booking number and last name of the booking ready and follow the instructions on the screen. ++Please note that you can only create your room card via app or checkin-kiosk after 2 pm.++ We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the building. In the event of non-business stays in the city of Berlin, a visitor's tax of 5% of the net overnight stay will be charged additionally, limited to a contiguous overnight stay of 21 days. ---- Neighborhood: The apartment is located in the district Berlin Karlshorst and only 100m from the Karlshorst S-Bahn station.
