However, bedding is not included but there is a pillow and mattress protector for hygienic reasons. The shared and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook comfortably. There are two large bathrooms that are shared. Please note: - Twice a week cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price. - General insurance is included. - Maintenance of any inconvenience is included. - Contracts, invoices, etc. included. - We are always available in case of queries and incidents.
