- We rent 2 double rooms (2,89 x 3,48 long) and 1 single room to quiet, clean and non-smoking women. One double room from February 7 2025. The other doble room from July 26th 2025 and the single room from August 30, 2025. - Double bed with mattress 1,35 x 1,80-1,90, with closet, desk, outside and a set of sheets. One of the rooms has a small additional room that serves as a storage room. - The single room has a closet, desk and 1,10 x 1.90 bed. - All rooms are exterior. - We want women between 27 and 50 years old. - Furnished, exterior and bright apartment 7 min from the beach by bike. - In the single room lives 1 calm and quiet Polish girl in the single room who goes out to work during the day that will be until August 30, 2025. In one of the double rooms lives another girl from Poland who leaves the room on April 30, 2025. The apartment has a total of 3 rooms. My name is Luz, the owner, 47 years old, from April 2025 I will sleep 2 nights a week until July 2025. From May 2025 I will stay in a double room which will be vacated on April 30, 2025. From July 25, 2025, I rent the double room again. - I carefully select the women who will live in the apartment so that there is compatibility of lifestyles: similar age range, calm, quiet, neat, responsible. Before deciding on the new person to enter the apartment, I introduce her to those who are living in the apartment for their approval. - The apartment has a balcony and 1 full bathroom. You will have access to all the common areas of the apartment, such as the fully equipped kitchen with gas, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, full set of dishes. - We will only respond to contacts who say where they work, position, monthly income, send (hidden) profile or other social network, say if you have a resume and if you present income tax return. In case of students, it is necessary to send support from the university you are studying, income tax return of one of your parents and the guarantee would be the parents. -Price 499 euros double room and 430 euros single room + supplies 69euros per month that will be included in the contract (water, electricity, gas, wifi). Supplies will be divided by the number of girls in the apartment. If the supplies are higher, they should be adjusted from 69euros. - A cleaning fee of 12 euros per month will be required in teh contract. - The location of our apartment is unbeatable. We are surrounded by universities, libraries, coworking spaces and stores. Location: - Sant Martí de Provençals tram stop just 3min walking distance. - Besos tram stop only 6min walking distance. - Several bus lines such as H12 and V29. - Bicing stop right in front of the apartment. - 15min by transport to the shopping centers Glories and Diagonal Mar. - A 30min walk from the beach. - Close to Rambla Prim for a nice walk.
