RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rent: The deposit is one month's rent - more than 6 months rent: the deposit is two months rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the advertisement are an estimate, at the end of your rental you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or refunded to you. CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to the email of each tenant and guarantor. Contracts must be digitally signed by all persons mentioned in the contract, including the guarantor. - The contract must be fully signed before check-in. CHECKIN: Tenants must arrive at our office with a valid ID Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm to collect the keys.
