A fantastic room to make your stay as pleasant as if you were at home. 🌆 Great location on Avenida Eduardo Dato, right in the heart of Nervión. It’s a lively and convenient area where you’ll have everything you need close by, from supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants to sports facilities and public transport. The metro is just around the corner, making it easy to get around Seville without having to rely on a car. 🎓 The area is especially popular with students and young professionals, with the University of Seville’s Nervión and Viapol campuses nearby. Out of opening hours, with a limit until 22:00 hours, at an additional cost to be paid by the tenant: Monday to Thursday: 20€. Friday to Sunday: 30€. OPTIONAL SERVICES: 🛌🏻Bed linen (loan): 49€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit. Includes: cotton sheets and pillowcase, duvet and bedspread. Final cleaning included. 🛁Towels (loan): 25€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit. Including: bath towel, hand towel and toilet towel.
