Appartamento Via Pont — Torino

Our bright and very spacious one-bedroom flat is coming up for rent. It is on the third floor of a residential building (with a lift) in Barriera di Milano/Aurora (Via Pont), and comes fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably, including a dishwasher and a tumble dryer. It also has all the basics one would expect, such as a cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, and all the forniture you see in the pictures. We are particularly keen to find the right tenant or tenants for the flat. In particular, we want to make sure that whoever lives here feels comfortable in the neighbourhood. Barriera di Milano/Aurora is a lively, multicultural part of Turin, and we would especially welcome people who appreciate the character and diversity of the area and are looking forward to experiencing this side of the city. We have been using the flat ourselves and intend to keep it as a base for our own use in the future. For this reason, it matters to us that it is treated with care. At the same time, we have already removed most of our personal belongings, so you won't feel as though you are living in someone else's home. Our aim is for our tenants to feel at home, rather than as though they are simply staying in someone else's flat — regardless of whether they stay for three months or considerably longer. This said, we have plenty of bedding, towels, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. which we can provide you with at no extra charge. So you won't have to buy your own unless you want to. This ad says that we are making the flat available from mid-September 2026, but this is negotiable. We are currently getting it ready for its new occupants and need a little more time to make it totally spotless and faultless. However, if someone needed it sooner, we could potentially speed things up. Most bill (including the heating and service charges) are included, and we think that the our estimate for the only bill you will have to pay on top (the one for electicity @ €50 a month) is accurate.
