Our apartment is located in a strategic position, just 900 meters from Torino Porta Nuova railway station and the Metro, a 15-minute walk from San Salvario and the city center, and 20 minutes from Politecnico. Completely renovated very functional, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the fourth and last floor without a lift, it is very quiet and bright. Equipped with all comforts and unlimited free WiFi. ★ POSITION: 50 sqm apartment located on the fourth and last floor without lift of an elegant building, located at the gates of the historic center of Turin, near Porta Nuova station and PORTA NUOVA and MARCONI underground stations (900m ). ★ ROOM: large double bedroom independent from the rest of the house, composed of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double sofa bed, a relaxation corner with LED TV. ★ KITCHEN: equipped with fridge, stove, electric oven, toaster and kitchen utensils ★ BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. ★ SERVICES: WiFi, TV, washing machine, fan, and independent heating. Towels and bed linen are NOT included. La Crocetta is one of the most prestigious residential areas of Turin, famous for its beautiful historic houses and its green areas. Every day (except Sundays) it is possible to walk among the stalls of a beautiful open-air market, a destination for tourists and locals. Quiet neighborhood but convenient to all services, 10 minutes walk to Porta Nuova station, 15 minutes walk downtown. Shops of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. Moving on foot you can reach: - 1 km to the RE UMBERTO stop of the Metro - 1 km from Porta Nuova station - 900mt San Salvario the nightlife district - 800mt the shopping streets and the historic center It is not in the ZTL area for which there are no time restrictions for circulation. A 10-minute walk you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma and from there you take the porticoes that in a single walk along the most beautiful streets and the most beautiful squares of the city until you get to Piazza Vittorio through the beautiful Via Po called "Regina viarum" being at the time of its construction the widest street in Turin. In the opposite direction in 13 minutes on foot, you reach the GAM - Galleria Civica Moderna Not far from the apartment are the main tourist attractions and museums of the city, restaurants, and bars. With public transport, easily accessible, you can comfortably reach any place in the city and the surrounding area. The location of the apartment is very appreciated because despite being in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, it is very quiet.. The Crocetta area is known for its beautiful villas. On foot, you can go downtown in about 15 minutes, or in San Salvario, full of restaurants and nightlife. Opposite but at the same distance is the Valentino Park on the river Po. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Torino Porta Nuova Station, where all trains arrive at Turin and where the bus from Turin Caselle Airport arrives. At 200 m. from the house there is the tram stop of line 4 (PalaAlpitour, Fiat Mirafiori, City Center, Porta Palazzo Market). PLEASE NOTE At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30. EXTRA PAYMENT To be done by 10 days after the booking confirmation and before the move-in date. In order to complete the booking, we will kindly ask you to pay through the platform: - the deposit (one month rent) that we will give you back at the end of your stay. - one-time final cleaning fee from €15 to €160 depending on the size of the flat: your flat will be clean and ready to be lived in and you won’t have to worry about it at the moment of leaving. For all rental contracts stipulated in the Italian national territory that exceed 29 nights (equal to 30 days), the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate obliges that this contract be in writing, signed and registered. In case of non-italian guests, the Italian Codice Fiscale must be officially requested at the Italian Embassy of your country or at the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate. Access to the facility is subject to prior registration of the contract.
