Located in the heart of Collserola Natural Park, the house is just 5–7 minutes by car from the centre of Sant Cugat, 15 minutes from Tibidabo, and 20 minutes from Barcelona. It is the perfect location to combine nature, relaxation and sightseeing. The property offers 140 m2 spread over two floors and accommodates up to 6 guests. It includes: • 4 rooms: o 1 master bedroom with a double bed. o 1 bedroom with a single bed. o 1 bedroom with bunk beds. o 1 multifunctional study, ideal for working remotely, reading or relaxing. • 1 single sofa bed. • Spacious open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. • Private terrace accessed from one of the bedrooms. Outdoor Area The property sits on a 530 m2 plot and features: • Private swimming pool. • Trampoline. • Children's play area. • A second terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco. The house is available only for the following rental periods: • Easter holidays: 20–25 March (5 nights): €1000 • 5–30 July (25 nights): €5,000 • 4–29 August (25 nights): €5,000 Conditions: A security deposit is required and will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, after checking that the property has been left in good condition. • Easter stay: €500 security deposit. • Summer stays: €1,200 security deposit. Important Information For Summer Stays • Guests are responsible for the basic maintenance of the swimming pool during their stay, including adding chlorine, adjusting the pH level, and topping up the water lost through evaporation when necessary. General Information • Smoking is permitted only outside the premises. Please, exercise extreme cau-tion to prevent any risk of fire. • The property is located in a forested area. In accordance with local fire prevention regulations, the barbecue may not be used between 15 March and 15 October. • The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as access involves several steps. • As this is a privately owned holiday home used by the owners throughout the year, cupboards contain personal belongings and will remain locked during your stay. The storage space available to guests is nevertheless sufficient for a comfortable stay. This has been considered when setting the rental price.
