The apartment is really spacious at 60 m2 and has a large bedroom with a double bed and a huge walk-in closet, plus a small studio space with a desk and shelving, ideal for working from home. The living room is large and airy and has a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building. The whole apartment is really well-equipped, and nicely furnished. The apartment has AC. You will be living in Corsica, a district situated to the east of the city, about a 15-20 minute walk from the University Politecnico di Milano, making this an ideal apartment for a student couple at the university. Nearby you can find plenty of shopping, including grocery stores, and there are also a few restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Transportation Buses 38, 54, 93 and 175 all run close to the apartment. Milano Forlanini station is a 15-minute walk and offers services S5, S6, and S9. Tram line 27 runs along Viale Corsica, about a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
