It opens onto a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, located in a small separate room overlooking the building’s courtyard. A second, more private bedroom is located in a glass-enclosed space and has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Since each bedroom has its own bathroom, everyone can enjoy their privacy. Located on the 2nd floor of a historic building, the apartment is quiet and bright.
