The house is located in a calm area with lots of parking places for bikes and free parking for cars. Shopping center Capelle Center is within a 8 minute walking distance with many supermarket en stores. Erasmus University is 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes with metro. Rotterdam center is 11 minutes by metro. Additional notice. The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the quality will always be proportional to the furniture in the photos. The price is per month is as followed: €425 base rent €300 rent of furniture and installment costs €75 advance energy costs for personal gas €76,50 service costs The base rent is advertised on housing anywhere. Deposit: 25% is paid through housing anywhere. 75% deposit is paid directly to the IBAN of the advertiser. The first month and deposit has to be payed within 24 hours after the booking date order to secure the room. This deposit is refundable after the rental period if the tenant has completed the rental period well with no defects. The rental period as booked through housinganywhere should be finished and all booked months through housinanywhere should be paid in order to have deposit returned. Given both the landlord as the tenant are only protected for the first month rent the contract we set up starts one month after the booked period on this platform.
