Single room Viale Don Giovanni Minzoni — Siena

Erasmus in Siena! My name is Vittoria I’m 37 years old and I’m the owner of this Villa in liberty style recently renovated. My Villa is an old Villa Liberty dated in the 1901, Liberty Style situated exactly in front of Porta Camollia, one of the safest and most popular area of Siena; crossing the street you getting through the wall of Siena you are immediately in the city center. Is also very convenient because it is just 7 minuts walking from the railway station and the Università per stranieri ass well, which are both connected by an escalator that brings you really 7 minuts walking from my house! The Piazza del Campo, which is the most important Square of Siena, where the popular horses race known all over the world called PALIO take place twice a year, is just 10 minuts walking from my house , walking through the old town which is just crossing the street!. All the shops and supermarkets are very close as well. In the villa there are few common areas like the living room where everyone is studying or watching movies or just relaxing There is a balcony as well just next to the living room. Wifi is working everywhere! All the rooms are with double bed and huge windows, all the rooms can be rented or for just one person or for 2 as a sharing room couse they are all very big so just in case you have a good friend moving as well you can consider to share the room! I have some different rooms of course in the same villa diffrent size and several prices, i 'm gonna give you all details and pictures about what I have free! The villa has a terrace and a garden too. Mostly of the flatmates are students from all over the world doing their Erasmus in Siena. i remain at your disposal thank you so much Vittoria
