This bright, completely renovated one-bedroom apartment is only 7 minutes by tramway from Santa Maria Novella station and 12 minutes from Amerigo Vespucci airport. Located in the neighborhood of San Jacopino, a few steps away from Cascine Park and San Donato Park -the two large green lungs of the city- The apartment is suitable for leisure travelers, workers and students. THE SPACE The house, about 40 sq wide, is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a typical Florentine residential building and consists of: - a bright and silent bedroom furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, a shoe rack and equipped with an FM stereo system and A/C. - a large kitchen-living room equipped with everything you may need: oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, A/C. In the living area, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 more people. - a bathroom with shower, basic supply of shampoo/shower gel/conditioner, hairdryer and washing machine. The house is furnished with care and attention to detail and is so functional that it will make you feel immediately at ease! If you have a car you can park in the blue lines spots on the street upon payment at the parking meter located along the street, or you can go to one of the private garages that are in the area.
