Nice furnished room (room 1) in a shared flat will be May 6.2026 onward, see "FLOOR PLANS" picture. 1) Address: Yläkartanonkuja 2 02360 Espoo. 2) Condition: very good and clean. 3) Entire size of flat: 82.5m2. 4) Size of room: 12m2. 5) Transportation: 90 m to bus stop and 150 m to metro station, metro runs 13 min to Aalto Otaniemi campus and 25 min to Helsinki center. 6) Shopping: 250 m to local shopping center, about 1200m to a big shopping mall Lippulaiva. 7) Flat mates: two nice and tidy students. 8) Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months) 510+60=570e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months) including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, high speed WiFi (100MB), laundry, drying room, gym room, bicycle room, weekly sauna. 9) Deposit: 800e (refundable). 10) There is a dishwasher and washing machine in flat. 11) Population registration: yes, possible. 12) Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation. You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. Cost is about 15...18e/m. 13) Amenities and surroundings: outdoor jogging lane along sea side, bar, fast food, pharmacy quiet and peaceful area with good nature, about 800m to sea side, 950m to swimming pool (lane=50m). **When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, whether mind to share flat with boy/girl?) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other.
