The Flat & Atmosphere: - Looking for: Female tenants only (master's/postgraduate students, medical residents / MIR, or working professionals) who are clean, orderly, and respectful. - Family Context: I am a working professional living alone in the flat. Every two weeks (alternate weekends, Friday to Sunday), my two daughters (11 and 17 years old) stay with me. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant home environment for them, I strictly rent to women. - Quiet & Independent Environment: During the week, the apartment is very quiet, providing complete independence and privacy to study or rest, as I spend most of the day working. El piso es muy silencioso, cuenta con Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y dispone de dos baños (un baño completo con ducha y un aseo adicional). Ambiente y Convivencia: - Perfil buscado: Exclusivamente chicas (estudiantes de máster/posgrado, residentes MIR o profesionales) limpias, ordenadas y respetuosas. - Contexto familiar: Soy un profesional trabajador que vive solo en el piso. Cada dos semanas (fines de semana alternos, de viernes a domingo), mis dos hijas (de 11 y 17 años) pasan el fin de semana conmigo.
