Este piso es ideal para trabajadores y estudiantes que desean experimentar la vida en Madrid con todas las comodidades sin sentir la aglomeración del centro constantemente. Es una zona llena de parques, tiendas y muchas actividades al aire libre, a las que puedes ir caminando, y disfrutar del espacio abierto y verde en cualquier ocasión. Tendrás un día a día relajado pero con la posibilidad de acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que tienes todos los medios de transporte (bus, metro y renfe) a la mano y todos te llevan directamente al centro en 30 minutos. El apartamento se encuentra en un 7mo piso, cuenta con ascensor y conserje. Tiene 5 habitaciones, 2 baños, una cocina compartida equipada con dos neveras y todos los enseres necesarios. Sus habitaciones son cómodas con y puedes elegir entre cama doble o pareja dependiendo de la habitación que elijas, todas las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción, escritorio y televisión además de amplios armarios. Tanto en la cocina, la sala y el baño como en las habitaciones hay bastante espacio de almacenaje para todos tus efectos personales y las habitaciones cuentan con cerradura para tu seguridad. Incluye un balcón o terraza de uso común para los inquilinos donde puedes disfrutar de una tarde bajo el sol tomando café sólo o con tus compañeros. Las habitaciones NO incluyen: - Las laptops que se ven en las fotos - Ropa de cama - Toallas Tienes todos los medios de transporte a menos de 5 minutos caminando, estos son los más cercanos: - Renfe: Aluche (C5) - Metro: Aluche (Línea 5) - Bus: 121 (que pasa desde Campamento hasta el Hospital 12 de Octubre) y el 31 (que te deja directamente en la plaza mayor) - N18 (Nocturno o Búho que sale desde Cibeles, en el centro y te deja a menos de un minuto del apartamento) Para poder entrar necesitas: - Proveer alguna identificación (ya sea Pasaporte, DNI, NIE, etc) - Se requiere un mes de fianza como Depósito de seguridad. - Medio mes de gastos administrativos Hablamos Inglés y Español para mayor comodidad de comunicación. NO se permiten: - Mascotas Se permite fumar solo en el balcón o terraza. Existen dentro de la propiedad habitaciones para parejas. It also has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a share kitchen equipped with 2 fridges and all the necessary items. All the bedrooms on the flat are very comfortable and you can choose between double and single bed, and room for couples. All the rooms have heater, desk, tv and large closets. Both in the kitchen and bathrooms, and bedrooms there is plenty of storage space for all your personal belongings and all the bedrooms have lock for your security. There is also a balcony for common use to the tenants where you all can enjoy an evening under the sun drinking coffee. The bedrooms dont include: - Laptops - Linens - Towels The flat have all transportation media within 5 minutes walk, this are the closest: - Renfe: Aluche (C5) - Metro: Aluche (Línea 5) - Bus: 121 (this goes from Campamento until Hospital 12 de Octubre) and 31 (that takes you directly to Plaza Mayor) N18 (Nocturno o Búho it departures from Cibeles,on the center of the city and leaves you at less than a minute walk from the flat) To be able to enter on the flat this is what you will need: - Provide us with some ID (it could be an ID from the european community, Passport, DNI, NIE, etc) - It is required a month of payment as a security deposit. - Half a month payment as administrative expenses. We speak English and Spanish for more comfort of communication. On the flat pets are not allowed You can smoke only on the balcony. There are on the property rooms for couples.
