It includes a chandelier and sophisticated furniture. Very niche. - 10 minute's walk to the beach. Sure, you could live closer to the sea – but not by much. - Though the furnishing are quite traditional, all of the fittings are new an modern, so you get the best of both worlds. **But you need to know this...** - The apartment doesn't have its own washing machine.
