La mansarda ricorda la prua di una barca sui tetti di Torino. E' molto piccola ma ristrutturata con cura e amore dei dettagli, ha tutto il necessario per abitare: cucina, frigorifero doccia, armadio, piatti, pentole ecc... il quartiere e' molto centrale e multietnico. Affaccia sulla piazza del famoso mercato di Porta Palazzo dove si puo' acquistare di tutto, dagli alimentari ai vestiti. Il riscaldamento e' autonomo. Non c'e' lavatrice ma nella piazza c'e' una lavanderia self service
