Hi, I'm subleasing my cosy 1 bedroom appartement, for two months, date to date from now to September. The appartement is well located, in the 18th arrondissement, in Paris. It’s 5min walk from Le Marché de l’Olive. Le Canal de l’Ourq and la Vilette. Montmartre is near by walk and 10min by bike. Metro Marx Dormoy is 5min walk. The appartement is a comfortable one bedroom apartment and a living room with an open and fully furnished kitchen, it also includes the washing machine. The apartment is bright and calme, as it's on the fourth floor. The rent is €960 per month all included. The security deposit check will not be cashed. No APL. Vous pouvez aller à Montmartre à pieds ou en vélo, c'est pas loin. Le marché de l'Olive est à deux pas de la maison, ainsi que le Canal de L'Ourq et le parc de la Vilette. L’appartement se compose d’une chambre qui donne sur cour, on y dort au calme et un salon avec une cuisine ouverte, équipée et une salle de bain avec une petite baignoire. Le loyer est de 960€ TTC/ mois. Le chèque de caution n'est pas encaissé. Pas d’APL. Je cherche une personne propre, calme et sérieuse.
