The apartment is arranged as follows: the entrance opens onto the spacious hall with balcony, furnished in a simple and functional way with a comfortable three-seater sofa with chaise long, table for up to 6 people and TV. the corridor leads to the eat-in kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher and a small balcony, the bathroom with a large double shower and the two bedrooms, both equipped with split air conditioning. The area is very quiet and residential, with all the main services within 1 km and numerous public transport in the immediate vicinity: Bisceglie is the terminus of the metro line 1 and in 15 minutes it leads to the Duomo stop, as well as to the intersection with the other lines of the subway making this apartment an excellent starting point to reach any area of the city. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: 30% on the first month rent (it covers for the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that). - The monthly rent includes 50 electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75 for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100 for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
