Bright and cozy flat near NAVIGLI/IULM/TORTONA The apartment is on the third floor, with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people in two separate bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), on request you can accommodate 2 more guests thanks to the sofa bed in the spacious living room. The position on the third floor, combined with the free space in front of the facade, embellishes the space with a pleasant natural light. The space The living room is fully equipped with a complete kitchenette. The apartment is equipped with: - Wifi. - washing machine. - microwave - kettle. Guest access The space is entirely dedicated to guests and therefore has its own private entrance. Other things to note EXTRA COSTS: 1) Late Check-In: - from 19.00 to 22.00: 30 - from 22.00 to 01.00: 50 2) Any request requiring the presence of our STAFF: - from 19.00 to 22.00: 30 - from 22.00 to 01.00: 50 3- for each additional bed after the third (then for the fourth and the fifth bed) will be applied 15 additional to be paid by bank transfer to cover the costs of laundry and cleaning. 4 - In case of stays longer than 10 days, obligatory cleaning services will be provided once every 10 days (change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the entire apartment). This service will be paid at the check-in. 5 - in the case of stays longer than 3 months, it should be understood that is starting from the first day of the first month to the 31st of the last month Additional information: - linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided - required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union - in the absence of the mentioned documents, 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person - the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from 50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning conditions Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
