Area You are in one of the top areas of Milan: the flat is placed in the centre of Porta Romana, where art and history are elegantly balanced. Not only is it an incredibly beautiful district but is also provided with all comforts and strategically placed to reach the main sights of Milan in a nick of time. The Porta Romana metro station (M3 - yellow line) is only 5 minutes away, and the world-famous Duomo is about ten minutes by metro. In addition, students will benefit from the vicinity to both La Statale (a ten minutes metro ride) and Bocconi university (a fifteen minutes walk). In the evening have a walk around the streets of this amazing neighborhood, which offers a large array of trendy clubs, pubs for a good beer in nice company, excellent restaurants and pizzerias. In the area you find many services, such as an Esselunga supermarket (viale Umbria 28, 400 meters), an Intesa San Paolo local branch (Corso Lodi 34, 200 meters) and the pharmacy Rome snc (via Piacenza 24, 250 meters). Living room and kitchen Detailed descriptions are not necessary: looking at the photos is enough to grasp the beauty of this flat. It has three floors: on the ground floor there are two amazing bedrooms, a bathroom and a big walk-in closet. The living room is on the first floor and offers a spacious, welcoming environment with plenty of light. It features contemporary furniture contrasting with the wood details and the parquet, a treat for the eyes. You will also be amazed by the blue walls, the cozy sofa and the refined design of the kitchen sliding door. If you want to unwind after a long day at work, sit on the plush sofa or on the lovely armchair and enjoy the state-of-the-art TV, or relax with an interesting book from the massive bookcase. What a fantastic living room! The kitchen looks as gorgeous as the day area: it is provided with all the most useful appliances and offers plenty of space. The counter extension is very useful, especially as extra space for your dinner guests, who will surely appreciate. The kitchen comes complete with a small balcony, featuring some chairs and a table, and with views of the internal courtyard of the building. On the same level, close to the stairs, there is the first of the three bathrooms. On the top floor there is an additional bedroom, a laundry room and a stunning terrace. Bedrooms The first two bedrooms are on the ground floor, along the corridor. Guests usually describe them as welcoming, cozy and with lots of space. Soft colors and the refined parquet flooring give a calm air, which is very much appreciated. The master bedroom features a double bed, a chest of drawers and a soft-colored closet; the second bedroom has a wardrobe, an extendable double bed and a functional desk. On the top floor you will find the third bedroom. Thanks to the white wooden ceiling, you will feel like in a homey mountain cabin. The room features a double bed, a dresser, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Outside the room there is an office space with a desk. In addition, the flat comes complete with a luxury terrace accessed through a French door: here you can relax during the summer and organize trendy parties with your friends. Bathrooms The flat is provided with three bathrooms. They all come with full comforts. The first one is on the ground floor and has a bathtub: here the predominant color is white with some gray details that add coziness and a soothing feeling. The second bathroom, essential and elegant, is on the first floor, next to the stairs, has light green decorations and a big shower. The third bathroom is on the top floor and features a stunning turquoise palette. In addition, there is a spacious shower stall. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30. Final Cleaning Service You may have to pay a fine starting from 30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment. Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well.
