The apartment, on the second floor, in addition to the bedrooms (8 in total, on 2 floors, it's very spacious), has 3 bathrooms, all with shower, kitchen (with washer/dryer and 2 refrigerators) and living area; all furnished with new furniture and is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, etc. PRICE ALL INCLUSIVE! What does all-inclusive mean? Rent + condominium expenses + heating + waste tax + electricity, water and gas bills + INTERNET + a monthly cleaning of the common parts of the apartment. You will only have a fee for entry (400 for annual contract) which includes drafting and registering the contract (taxes and stamps), entry and exit cleaning, maintenance and insurance costs for the duration of the contract. L'appartamento si trova in via Castelfidardo, vicino al Dipartimento di Psicologia (15 minuti a piedi); collegato bene al centro citt (20 minuti in autobus), in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, banca, bar tabacchi, (hidden)ppartamento, al secondo piano, oltre alle camere (8 in totale, 1 in mansarda, molto spazioso), ha 3 bagni, tutti con doccia, cucina (con lavatrice/asciugatrice e 2 frigoriferi) e zona giorno; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc. etc. PREZZO TUTTO INCLUSO! Cosa vuol dire tutto incluso? Affitto + spese condominiali + riscaldamento + tassa rifiuti + bolletta elettrica, acqua e gas + INTERNET + una pulizia mensile delle parti comuni dell'appartamento.
