Situated on the first floor, on a quiet street, it offers a welcoming and functional living space, perfect for international students, researchers and couples wishing to experience Florence for a few months. The apartment features a bright and cosy double bedroom with a storage bed and wardrobe and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, TV. The modern and functional bathroom features a spacious shower and bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in every room, a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner. RULES: all check-in times must be agreed with the host in advance (check-in times: 10:00am-18pm - different times are possible, €50 late or before check-in fee could be applied). Italian police required to report identity of our guests. No additional guests are allowed. We are not an hotel, so we not provided 24/7 reception or daily cleaning. Smoking is not allowed. €200 fee will be charged if you lost the keys of the apartment.
