The flat is bright, and really comfortable. It has two rooms: a bedroom and a second room that works great as a guest room, office, or studio (it has a foldable couch). The living room is large, with a well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine) and a dining area for cooking and baking. The flat has air conditioning in all rooms, autonomous heating, fast internet, and blackout blinds for those who like to sleep in total darkness. It’s also dust-mite free (no carpets or curtains) and mosquito-free (all windows have nets). The bathroom has both a big bathtub and a separated shower. The bedroom balcony opens onto a quiet internal courtyard, so it’s peaceful at night. The area is green and quiet, right next to the big Anconella park by the river. There’s a large Coop supermarket just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you’ll find bars, restaurants, and a gluten-free café right downstairs, plus a bakery in the same building. Parking is usually easy around here. It takes 15–20 minutes by bike to reach the city center, and there’s a bike lane right outside that follows the river all the way in.
