Independent nice and comfortable studio apartment equipped with every comfort, located in a condominium away from street noise and traffic. Equipped with 1 double bed + 1 single bed is ideal for 3 persons. The kitchenette is complete with toaster, moka, kettler, refrigerator (no freezer), cookware, cutlery, and dishes complete everything ready to be used as your home. Heating (winter) and air conditioning (summer) are centralized but with individual internal control for each apartment. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub), toilet and sink, all completely renovated in 2019. The first set of bed and bath linens are included in the price, any changes and / or cleaning are on request with a supplement to pay locally. Rental condition: All utilities and taxes are included in the rental price, wifi connection, water, electricity, state taxes and local taxes.
