L'appartamento si compone di cucina abitabile con accesso al terrazzo che si affaccia sul verde, ripostiglio con lavatrice, due camere (una doppia e una singola), bagno finestrato con doccia spaziosa e ampio disimpegno con divanetto e condizionatore. Il riscaldamento è termosingolo. La camera in questione è dotata di due letti singoli, perfettamente unibili a formare un letto matrimoniale, spazioso armadio a 5 ante e due scrivanie.
