The bathroom includes a large bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The bright, open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. Location-wise, the apartment is in a lively part of Neukölln, just steps from Tempelhofer Feld — one of Berlin’s most unique outdoor spaces for sports, walks, and relaxing. Public transport is extremely convenient, with the Ringbahn (S41/S42) and U8 nearby, reaching Mitte in around 15 minutes. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping options are all within walking distance. All utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. I’m looking for a responsible, clean, non-smoking tenant.
