THE APARTMENT This apartment is fully furnished and equipped for you to move in right away and feel at home. THE BUILDING This brand-new building has been elegantly constructed to encourage community involvement and positivity. It comprises 25 apartments across 7 floors, offering an inviting rooftop with both a solarium area (and a small pool!) and a covered chilling area. Additionally, there's a small library, a ground-floor common area equipped with a shared kitchen, beverage station, co-working and chilling spaces, gaming area, laundry room, and much more! THE LOCATION There is no better place to live than in Barcelona's Eixample. This building is situated in the heart of Barcelona, adjacent to a Metro station connecting to all parts of the city. Bars, trendy cafés, restaurants, shops, iconic markets, and much more are just a stone’s throw away from the building. THE CONDITIONS Take a look at the conditions of this apartment to see if it meets your needs: - Utilities are included in the price. - Two-month deposit is required. - There's an entry fee of 400€, covering contract costs, check-in, and check-out cleaning. - The minimum stay is 3 months, with the option for renewal. - Check-ins are available between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to check in on weekends or bank holidays. Any out of hours Check-In will include a fee for 100€ Note: All Security Deposits and Admin Fees need to be pay directly to our bank account before the move-in.
