Hey dear students and young professionals, We are looking for room mates in our spacious shared apartment in Eslarngasse 18 (12 months minimum). The apartment is located within perfect infrastructure right next to Rennweg and the castle Belvedere. The room is fully furnished and all the essentials you need are provided already. Renovated, fully equipped with vacum cleaner, washing mashine, dish washer etc. The price for the room is all in inclusive- so no additional costs for WiFi/Electricity/Heating etc. 2 spacious bathrooms 2 separate toilets There are some rooms in several sizes available as it has just been furnished. 5 in total.
