The property is only 1.5 km (a 20-minute walk) from the Verona Fiere Exhibition Centre, Borgo Roma Hospital, and the University. A bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot connects to the train station in 10 minutes and Piazza Bra in 15 minutes. The Verona Sud motorway entrance is reachable in 12 minutes. The space Ground floor: entrance area, reception/common area with sink, lockers, refrigerator, tables and chairs, and rooms A, B, and C. First floor: rooms D, E, and F. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, and are furnished with a three-(hidden)ize bed or double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and desk. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
