SINGLE ROOM IN VERY BRIGHT APARTMENT The apartment is settled in Corso del Popolo, in a very central zone, in the main street of Mestre that from Venice leads o the Squares such as Piazza Barche and Piazza Ferretto. In the neighbourhood you can find any kind of service: The supermarket is right in front of the building, while 2 minutes away on foot there is the Supermarket PAM. The apartment is in the final part of Corso del Popolo, near the Old Town, a few minutes away from the main squares such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza XXVII Ottobre, where you can find the famous bar “Acqua Alta”, very popular for the happy hours. At the end of Corso del Popolo, you can find the Scientific Campus of Ca’ Foscary University, the new Shopping Centre Interspar, night pubs and bars. The bus stop to reach Venice is in front of the building, and on the opposite side of the road you can also catch the bus to go to the main squares. The apartment is very bright and is made up of: 4 Single Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a wide Kitchen with a Terrace, a big Entrance Hall with hallway and a closet. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need You will also have a Chat group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊 The rental agreements are individual. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration ⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
