It’s located near the dailly place and its beautiful former barracks In the house, you will find a billard room, a coworking space, a gym (as usual) and a small courtyard. This one time, we’ve tried to bring another dimension to the outside space by putting a few planters, we hope that you could make this courtyard green and friendly and why not, maybe grow a few veggies ? The kitchen is as usually equipped with our signature cupboard. Inside you will find your own fridge, cutlery and crockery. Room 09 in Dailly house is on 3rd floor courtyard side with an en suite private bathroom and toilet . There bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The room is 15sqm. There are black-out stores to ensure a good night sleep.. 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€ each. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments. Domiciliation: Allowed for your convenience. ⚠️There is also an initial installation fee, which varies according to the period for which the tenant wishes to rent the room. The fee is 300 euros for contracts of less than 3 months, 150 euros for contracts of 3 to 6 months and no fee for contracts of more than 6 months.
